How much time do the exercises take?

This is one of my most popular questions. You can start off just spending fifteen minutes a day practising the exercises that I give you and you will see the benefit instantly like all my other clients. Then each day you can increase the amount of time you spend doing them because the more you practise the more benefits you will see. I recommend to all my clients that you should aim to build up to 30- 60 minutes a day.

How quickly will see the benefit from the programmes?

You can expect to see immediate results from what I guide you through depending on the programme. For example, if you are having a breath session, you will get immediate results. If you are doing one of the longer health and wellbeing practices such as Tai Chi, then it usually takes 7 -14 days of practice before you start to notice real gains from practicing. However, some clients so see results quicker than that.

Where do I need to practice and do I need a lot of space in the house?

I always say it is good to practice outside in nature because the oxygen and healing power of nature will accelerate your results. However, you can also practice everything indoors. Tai Chi needs more room to practice than the other exercises but providing you have a space in your house where you can put your arms out in front of you and move around in a circle without touching anything, then that is perfect.

I work out quite a lot, will your programmes help me accelerate the benefits I get from doing my normal workout routine?

The short answer is yes. Any work you do with me will improve your energy levels and endurance, so you can get the best out of the gym and your exercises. You will be able to move with greater control and awareness so you can avoid injury.

Do I need a quiet environment to practice in?

Ideally, a quiet space is best so that you are focused and mindful of what you are doing with no distractions. But once you are comfortable doing the exercises, you can practice anywhere because you will have better concentration levels.

Do you offer refunds?

I have never had to refund anybody yet! With the breathing exercises, you should notice positive effects straight away. In the very unlikely situation that you go through the full training period and have not benefited at all from the course of training you have received, then yes you will be refunded.

Do I have to change my diet and nutrition whilst doing your programme?

When your life starts to improve as a result of doing one of my programmes, you will notice that you start to take good care of yourself which may mean changing to healthier options. However, if you want to change your diet now, then you will definitely get more benefits from the programmes.

Will the programmes leave me feeling achy and sore after the exercises?

If you have not exercised for a long time, you may feel a few aches as your body stretches, loosens, and relaxes. Other than that the exercise will calm your whole central nervous system down and I show you how to prevent the lactic acid from building up so you will be fine.

I am on medication, should I consult my doctor before I start?

Yes, please consult your doctor before you start. However please note it is safe to practice while on most medications and should not affect you at all.
